Orders, Prices and Payment
All prices are in Pounds Sterling, duty paid, exclusive of carriage and VAT. All prices are subject to fluctuations in market rates and are only fixed by confirmation by the company. Wines for export to applicable destinations are free of UK VAT. The company cannot advise on any local taxes or laws relating to the receiving of alcohol, or be held responsible for any further charges arising in conjuntion with the transaction.
All purchases must be made prior to delivery and adhere to standard mail order principles stipulated by NatWest merchant services. The company reserves the right to make a surcharge to cover any unforseen costs that arise where the company is not at fault.

Delivery
We will make a charge for delivery based on the schedule outlined but reserve the right to amend these without prior warning according to any associated price rises. All purchases are despatched in post office approved packaging, but no insurance is available for products made of glass. In the very unlikely event of a breakage, the company reserves the right to examine the package and a detailed account of how the breakage occured. The company reserves the right to limit the refund in respect of the delivery charge only, but may consider a further credit in respect to the damage according to each and every specific case, but accepts no responsiblity.

Condition of Stock
We make every effort to ensure that all the products supplied are in an excellent condition given their age and type. We will highlight any physical features at the time of purchase including ullage, label and capsule condition as well as overall appearance. However where mature wines are concerned it is impossible to fully assess the contents until the cork is pulled. The relative merits of specific vintages, style and producers is also crucial, and so we cannot offer any guarantee on this matters.

Force Majeure and Law
The company shall not be liable for any failure to meet its obligations occasioned by circumstances beyond our reasonable control. All our contracts are made under English Law and are subject exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.

Claims
All goods should be examined on receipt, and any losses or breakages reported in writing to Anniversary Wines at the earliest opportunity and in any case within a week of receipt of goods.

Privacy
All customer information gathered during normal business dealings will be held securely by the company solely for its own use and will not be passed to any third party without written consent or under direction of Law. Full details available from the head office. E&OE.
